The MSD Series is a robust, energy-flexible thermal desalination module for situations where conventional reverse osmosis is expensive or unfeasible: waste heat available, high or variable salinity, off-grid sites, or a brine and zero-liquid-discharge problem. A PIM Group technology, supplied by WH2O.
Why it is different
- Runs on the energy you have: waste heat, solar (collector or vacuum), PV, wind, electric or hybrid
- Handles any salinity (1 to 300,000 ppm TDS), no pretreatment, no pressure, no chemicals, no antiscalant
- Zero-liquid-discharge capable, with salt as a by-product

- Industrial waste-heat valorisation: turn waste heat plus a problem brine into distillate and salable salt (ZLD)
